The Global Classroom Initiative project is coordinated by the non-profit organization Monde Pluriel whose name means plural, diverse world. Based in Grenoble, France, this organization has as a goal to raise awareness in different sections of society on the issues of global citizenship. Global Classroom Initiative is coordinated in conjunction with the Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation for the Progress of Humankind (FPH) in Paris, France and Les Amis de Circée (an organization that promotes environmental education towards sustainable development).
